Framing continues, first floor rear

This is the kitchen, with one of the breakfast area windows at the right. There will be a peninsula jutting out from the wall at the left into the room at an angle, with just enough space for four stools.

This is the expanded mudroom/first floor laundry. The door to the garage is on the left, the double doors to the patio on the right. There will be a closet across the room between the doors. The washer and dryer will be to the right of the patio door.

Obviously, this is the garage. They'll be framing out the bonus room (the Daves' bedroom) soon.
